We've built over a hundred buildings, including large mini-storage complexes, 50,000 square foot factory buildings, warehouses, and office buildings. While we specialize in combined office-warehouse-manufacturing buildings (like our own office, shown below), we also build a wide variety of other commercial structures.
Of course, no one solution is right for every job, so we always try to pick the best building system for each project. We have the ability to manufacturer small buildings completely in-house. We also have a unique load-bearing steel studwall system that we've used with great success in the past.

Design-Engineer-Construct
A majority of Com-Steel’s projects are completed by this method. In this type of project delivery Com-Steel is responsible for all aspects of the construction project.
Steel Erection/Steel Fabrication
Com-Steel has provided steel fabrication and erection for a number of local projects. Our shop is staffed with an ICBO certified welder who has fabricated projects such as the Cowden Batch Plant Enclosure, structural steel for Homestead Farms Golf Resort and Lynden Door’s 400’ long wing unit.
